Our Story
We saw too many good carriers losing money on bad loads.
Skywards Solution was founded with one mission — give independent truckers the kind of back-office, negotiation and load-planning support that large fleets take for granted. From our Toledo, Ohio headquarters we coordinate freight across the country, building long-term relationships with brokers and shippers so our carriers stay loaded and paid.

Skywards Solution is led by Syed Hashir Mazhar, Founder and Logistics Operations Manager. He built the company after watching too many good small carriers fold under bad rates and worse dispatch — and set out to run the kind of transparent, carrier-first operation the industry was missing.
Today he oversees every dispatcher on the floor, every broker relationship, and every rate confirmation that leaves the office. That hands-on standard is why Skywards runs on transparent pricing, real settlement reports, and week-to-week agreements — not lock-in contracts.
